A cosmetologist, wellness manager, and expert in designing contemporary guest experiences within the hospitality industry. As the Director of Thera Wellness at Radisson Blu Hotel Sopot, she is responsible for strategic development, operational management, and the creation of comprehensive wellness and beauty concepts.
Combining a professional background in cosmetology with expertise in business management, she develops innovative wellness concepts that meet the evolving expectations of today’s hotel guests. Her areas of specialization include spa concept development, service design, product and treatment innovation, and the creation of guest experiences centered on conscious self-care, wellbeing, and quality of life.
She is also a lecturer in SPA & Wellness Tourism, actively contributing to the industry’s growth through education, consulting, and expert knowledge sharing. Her presentations combine strategic business insight with hands-on operational experience, offering practical solutions, proven methodologies, and inspiring case studies.
At the 6th edition of Beauty by Touch, she will serve as the Conference Chair and Moderator of the SPA Leadership & Wellness Conference, as well as deliver a keynote presentation focused on positioning the wellness department as a strategic business asset within the hotel industry.
