Twórca Integralnej Terapii Regulacyjnej 5D (ITR 5D) — autorskiego systemu pracy manualnej, w którym ocena funkcjonalna i regulacja napięcia poprzedzają każdą interwencję na tkance. System porządkuje sesję w jedną sekwencję: regulacja, płynność tkanek, ruchomość, stabilizacja, integracja ruchowa. W praktyce łączy techniki osteopatyczne, terapię powięziową, pracę czaszkowo-krzyżową i wisceralną oraz techniki tkanek miękkich.
Zamiast koncentrować się na miejscu dolegliwości, szuka mechanizmu, który ją podtrzymuje. W obszarze głowy i twarzy pracuje z napięciem mięśni żucia i stawu skroniowo-żuchwowego, przejściem szyjno-potylicznym, bólami głowy pochodzenia szyjnego oraz mechaniką oddechu.
Założyciel Pszczelnej Odnowy w Łodzi — ośrodka na skraju Lasu Łagiewnickiego, w którym prowadzi praktykę, kursy i warsztaty — oraz twórca marki edukacyjnej Medyczne Inspiracje. Szkoli fizjoterapeutów i terapeutów manualnych z osteopatii, terapii manualnej i oceny funkcjonalnej.
Zanim zajął się terapią, był zawodowym sportowcem: reprezentantem Polski w lekkoatletyce, medalistą mistrzostw Polski i złotym medalistą mistrzostw Europy juniorów w sztafecie 4 × 100 m, następnie członkiem kadry olimpijskiej w bobslejach. Po zakończeniu kariery współpracował jako terapeuta m.in. z olimpijską kadrą zapaśników. Sport do dziś kształtuje jego sposób pracy: precyzja, obserwacja reakcji organizmu i szukanie przyczyny, a nie łagodzenie objawu.

An osteopath, physiotherapist, and specialist in chiropractic and manual medicine. A graduate of the European School of Osteopathy in the United Kingdom, he has more than 20 years of clinical experience in manual and osteopathic practice.
He is the creator of Integral Regulatory Therapy 5D (ITR 5D), a proprietary manual therapy system in which functional assessment and the regulation of tension precede any direct tissue intervention. The method structures each session around a five-stage sequence: regulation, tissue fluidity, mobility, stabilization, and movement integration. In clinical practice, it combines osteopathic techniques with fascial therapy, craniosacral and visceral approaches, and advanced soft tissue techniques.
Rather than focusing solely on the area where symptoms occur, he seeks to identify the underlying mechanisms that may be contributing to or maintaining dysfunction. In his work with the head and face, he addresses tension within the masticatory muscles and temporomandibular joint (TMJ), the cervico-occipital region, cervicogenic headaches, and respiratory mechanics.
He is the founder of Pszczelna Odnowa in Łódź, a center located on the edge of the Łagiewniki Forest, where he combines clinical practice with professional courses and workshops. He is also the creator of the educational platform Medyczne Inspiracje, through which he trains physiotherapists and manual therapists in osteopathy, manual therapy, and functional assessment.
Before pursuing a career in therapy, he was a professional athlete. He represented Poland in athletics, won medals at the Polish National Championships, and became a European Junior Champion in the 4 × 100 m relay. He later joined Poland’s Olympic bobsleigh squad. Following his competitive sports career, he worked as a therapist with elite athletes, including members of the Polish Olympic wrestling team.
His background in high-performance sport continues to shape his therapeutic philosophy today: precision, careful observation of the body’s responses, and a constant focus on identifying the mechanisms behind dysfunction rather than simply addressing symptoms.
