Od 15 lat redaktor naczelna popularnonaukowego magazynu „Kosmetologia Estetyczna”. Od roku 2022 piastuje stanowisko zastępcy redaktora naczelnego czasopisma naukowego Aesthetic Cosmetology and Medicine o zasięgu międzynarodowym. Dyrektor i założycielka wydawnictwa Indygo Zahir Media, a także jedna z najbardziej rozpoznawalnych postaci związanych z edukacją i komunikacją w polskiej branży beauty.
Od lat tworzy przestrzeń spotkania nauki, praktyki gabinetowej i biznesu. Współtworzyła czasopisma: „Gerontologia Współczesna”, „Inżynier i Fizyk Medyczny”, „Forever”. Jako wydawca i redaktor konsekwentnie angażuje się w popularyzowanie rzetelnej wiedzy, promowanie osiągnięć środowiska kosmetologicznego oraz budowanie dialogu pomiędzy naukowcami, praktykami, ekspertami i przedstawicielami nowoczesnych technologii.

Podczas 6. edycji Beauty by Touch Katarzyna Wilczyńska poprowadzi konferencję Cosmetology & Hi-Tech. For the past 15 years, she has served as Editor-in-Chief of Kosmetologia Estetyczna, one of Poland’s leading professional magazines dedicated to aesthetic cosmetology. Since 2022, she has also held the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Aesthetic Cosmetology and Medicine, an internationally recognized peer-reviewed scientific journal. She is the founder and Managing Director of Indygo Zahir Media and one of the most influential figures in beauty industry education, publishing, and professional communication in Poland.
Throughout her career, she has created a platform where scientific research, clinical practice, and business intersect. She has co-founded several professional publications, including Gerontologia Współczesna, Inżynier i Fizyk Medyczny, and Forever. As a publisher and editor, she has consistently championed evidence-based knowledge, promoted the achievements of the cosmetology profession, and fostered meaningful dialogue between researchers, clinicians, educators, technology innovators, and industry leaders.
